Welcome to Used Two Powered By Stress Free Solutions Online Auction. This is an online auction only. Stress Free Solutions is a downsizing and relocation company that people sell, donate, and throw away unwanted or excess items in their homes. This Used Two online auction is how we help our clients sell their items. All items in our sales are "as is" and "where is" and are described to the best of our abilitly.
SALES NOW ENDING AT 7pm ON THURSDAY NIGHTS
Our pickup location is the Stress Free Solutions warehouse located at 7313 Grove Rd , Unit G Frederick, MD.
No shipping or deliveries are availible. Please be sure to bring the proper help and vehicles to load your items. There is a 15% buyers premium and a 6% MD sales tax.
If you are a business with a Tax Exemption Certificate, please email you certificate to sluber@stressfreeseniors.com BEFORE placing your bid. It cannot be applied once the auction closes.
As we continue to strive to stay healthy during Covid-19 please be sure to wear a mask for pickups and practice social distancing while doing so. These sales will be weekly with new items coming in everyday.

This is an Online Auction Only. The buyers premium is %15 with MD Sales Tax of 6%.
All Items are "Pick Up" at our warehouse location only. All Items are "As Is" "Where Is" with all faults.
All descriptions are believed accurate but not warented. We cannot guarentee condition or authenticity of any items sold in this auction. If you have a Sales and Use Tax ID Number please contact us before the close of the current auction. If you would like to preview an item(s) in person please contact us to scheduel a time before the auctions end. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. The sale is local pickup only, no shipping or deliveries are availible.
By registering for this sale the bidder has agreed to all terms and conditionings for this sale.
IMPORTANT: Please come with the needed amout of help to remove your items, as well as a vehicle capable of loading your items. The credit card on file will be charged immediately following the close of the sale. Items will not be held if not picked up during the pick up window unless a pick up appointment is schedueled for early in the following week.

Buyers must pick up at 7313 Grove Road (Unit G) - Frederick, MD 21704
Items will be moved out of the loading dock bay doors. There will be Stress Free Solutions box trucks present to help identify where to load your items. As well look for signage.
Pick up dates are the Friday and Saturday following the close of the sale from 9am-2pm. Items will not be held after these dates unless the auctioneer is notified and an appointment is made to pick up at a different time.
